  1. It is crazy. I saw another video about this. Teachers were using it in classrooms and the students were all around doing better and learning more! The crazy things our bodies and minds do when we take the time to just listen.

    1. Hi Brittaney,
The basic technique is based on the meridian lines, or energy channels, in the human body. By tapping the the selected points, it is possible to relieve all negative energy and to establish positive energy and focus, thus leading to a more productive class for the students. Thanks for sharing your info.

  2. You wouldn’t think tapping on certain trigger points would do so much good. But it does! I’ve been reading about tapping for several years, but until recently thought it was fake. It’s very, very real. Thanks for this post, Anthony.

    1. Hi Sue,
Thanks for your sharing your personal experience. The tapping points or trigger points are identical to the acupuncture or acupressure points in traditional Chinese medicine, which are based on the thousands years of trial and errors and are approved to work. It is easy to practice Tapping. You could identify the points you feel useful and you may tap them for few minutes. The best results will be combined with meditation.

  3. Anthony,

Wow, that is truly amazing how tapping can help so many things. The fact that they are using this in Parkland Florida, says that it must be worth a try. Definitely sounds like a must read. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

    1. Hi Lisa,
Yes, it is worthy trying this. It is very simple. In the enclosed video, there is a very brief introduction on tapping, which takes about 4 minutes. If you are interested to learn more, you could purchase the book, which has complete description of the technique. Thanks for stopping by.

  4. Hello Anthony,
I was introduced to tapping a few years ago, and the timing then could not have been more perfect as I was going through a rough patch in my life. It helped to ground me in so many ways and I refer to it as I need it. I even taught my then 4yr old daughter how to tap! She thought it was a neat game.
Thanks for bringing this awesome tool into the limelight.

Thanks for sharing your personal experience. Tapping is a simple and powerful tool to create positive energy. I wish that there are more people learn and practice this powerful method.

  5. Hello Anthony, there has been so much talk about tapping. And in fact they are even exploring the use of it in elementary schools. I like the concept of the awareness that it brings and the feeling of knowing we do not have to stay within that thought process. Great article. I did not know it combined as acupressure too. Amazing.
    In peace and gratitude, ariel

    1. Hi Ariel,
Thanks for stopping by. Tapping is a combination of acupressure and modern psychology and can be a powerful tool for emotional control. It could be a good program at elementary school in the time of crisis. The program is simple and almost free to practice and implement.

  7. I have heard of this before. I am interested in getting the book. I tried it along with the video and I felt better right away. I can see how using this along with meditation could be very powerful! I have bookmarked this page and will come back in a few weeks when I have more money to buy the book.

I am interested in trying tapping when I have a migraine. I know that there is a lot of positive information on using acupressure and acupuncture to relieve migraine headache or even prevent them. My question for you is this: are you aware of any information out there about using tapping for migraine headache relief or prevention?

  8. Anthony, I have heard of tapping and that it follows the acupressure points. I must try it.

I have had acupuncture before and it worked fantastically. So that really emphasises to me that the tapping is worth a trial.

Thanks for the information and video.

    Ciao
    Helen
